This program is designed to teach athletes of any age, in any sport, the proper biomechanics of movement and jumping.
This program is guaranteed to increase the athlete’s vertical within 4 weeks.
It is a low impact, highly specialized training that also assists in injury prevention.
The athlete may attend JT during their sports season at school, however, it is highly recommended that JT be done during Pre-Season for the maximum benefit.
· approx. 1 hour sessions including:
· 2 – 3 days per week, but they cannot be done back-to-back.
· 12 minute dynamic (moving) warm-up, 10 minute agility exercises, 35 minute training (1/2 strength, 1/2 speed), 10 minute dynamic cool-down
$95 - 4 weeks (2 sessions per week)
