Lessons can be done individually, or the athlete can choose to bring others to share the lesson with him/her. Lessons are designed to teach the volleyball player how to execute the skill(s) they want to improve on.
Lesson Times
Time Slots are available every day of the week year round!
1 hour per session, various times during the week.
This is not a practice or a conditioning session.
The parent(s) and player discuss the player’s goals with us and we simply teach them the proper technique in a developmental manner and graduate to executing the skill(s) in game-like situations.
We also teach the player different strategies.
This training is very intense for the athlete because he/she has our undivided attention for one solid hour, so the athlete needs to be hydrated, and must not come on an empty stomach.
