This program will be very intense! It is designed to prepare football players with the proper footwork and biomechanics that are required to create SAFE explosive movement on the field. The focus will be on movement technique, strength, speed, core strength, injury prevention (balance training), and agility.
Many components of the training are comparable to our Jump Training Program, however, these sessions will be guided by experienced football coaches and will include additional strength and conditioning while performing football-specific movement.
Sessions will be offered 2 days per week. Additional sessions will be offered as needed!

$250 Per Person for June 6 - July 29, 2 days per week. Multi-child discounts are available. There will be limited space in order for our staff to give each athlete the attention players need, so don't delay! As with Jump Training, classes fill quickly, especially during summer.
Sessions will last approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Athletes may train 3 days per week, but there must be a day in between each session, and of course there will be additional costs.
All Athletes will receive a Hill's Gym Football Training t-shirt!
