What to expect when you come to class
Members are encouraged to arrive early to sign in, take off their shoes, set up their equipment, and begin stretching before class. We will provide stretching bands, towels, free weights, and a concession stand if you would like to purchase a beverage. This class is designed for ALL levels of expertise. Do not eat at least 1 hour before the class. You will need to bring a mat for your workout. Don't forget to wear clothing you feel comfortable stretching in!

We are willing to adjust our schdule to fit your needs. Please contact us if you are interested in the class and would like to learn more or suggest an alternate class time.
PRICING
We offer three payment plans for you to choose from!
A one time registration fee of $20 will be assessed when you join the program.
